42Chat is committed to digital inclusion. For our public-facing websites, we strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We also strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the GradBot Website Messenger. The messenger is a widget only. Accessibility of the host page on which the widget is embedded is the client's responsibility.

Known limitation: contrast (text and non-text) can fall short of Level AA when branding colors are client-configurable. 42Chat provides contrast guidance to clients during onboarding.
